    great location
    clean rooms
    decent breakfast
    noisy wedding

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for visits to St James Park and Eldon Square. We enjoyed some hiking nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was decent. Definitely plan on returning with the crew!

The only downside was a noisy wedding reception that lasted until late, which made it hard to sleep. It was a bit frustrating, but overall our stay was enjoyable.

great stay but lacking in small amenities

    spacious areas
    clean facilities
    beautiful views
    outdated decor
    dim lighting

I truly appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the common areas, and the accessible design made moving around effortless, which is particularly important for seniors. The beautiful views of the Tyne added a serene touch to my stay.

Room decor could use modernization and brightness.

I had a fantastic stay with breathtaking views of the River Tyne from my spacious room. The location is great, providing easy access to local attractions. However, the decor in the room could use a modernization as it felt a bit outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at this Newcastle gem! The views of the Tyne from our Club Twin Room were simply breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring local spots like St James Park and the Quayside. Plus, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We even brought our beloved pet along, making our family getaway extra special.

In my wife’s opinion, the parking fee could be less for families.
